Human resource development is the integrated use of organization and development efforts to improve the quality of boards and members.

A. Internal Affairs Division

Deputy of Internal Affairs’ objective is to develop the key competencies that enable individuals in SPE to perform current and future bonding, value, and progress through planned internal activities.

B. Membership Management Division

Deputy of Membership Management’s objective is to organize membership activities, developments, and relations and to manage membership database

The scope of development deputy is developing the internal bonding of SPE UNDIP SC boards. The main functions are monitoring boards performance, holding boards upgrading and conduction members gathering.
